Creating is integral to my well-being. Especially creating music. I use music to heal old traumas, and celebrate and showcase broad themes of love, belonging - or the lack of, and the challenges and blessings we experience in our journey through life.

The Intention
The tracks below are a sample of the music I've written and recorded over the years. Each track has its own flavour, style, and unique message. And yet there's always a common thread running through my music of wanting to uplift, empower and enlighten the listener in some way.
Even when it appears as if I'm just singing a romantic love song, there's always the possibility that I'm really singing about divine, esoteric, love. So I guess that who we are at our core never really changes even if the outer form does.
Aspects of The Journey
Writing and recording these tracks at home in my bedroom, or living room, was a way for me to explore my life and spiritual journey in a unique, nurturing and creative way. Each track explores a different aspect of both the personal and awakening journey.
I wanted to create music that spoke to me, was unique to me and embodied my quirkiness and layered persona.
Some tracks have minimalist instrumentation and repetitive beats, with the lead vocal bringing the flavour, and other tracks allow me to indulge my love of layered vocals and harmonies.

Sometimes the lead vocal is me completely in my lower register or chest voice and in other songs, it's all light, head voice. Giving myself room to showcase different parts of my voice.

SOUL RIDING
Soul Riding is a rhythmic and stripped-back Conscious Music Track that tells the story of how I tap into and act from the wisdom of my soul. This track was the real start of understanding my musical style - actively conscious lyrics with a soulful vibe.
